I am not a fan of bleu cheese whether salad dressing or crumbles. But I LOVE Buffalo Chicken Dip so I decided to put my own twist on the recipe.
I use Ranch Dressing instead of Bleu Cheese and Shredded Cheddar.
I use a blender to cream all the ingredients together, place in a baking dish, pop in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and Boom! Yummy Dip for any event.
Here is what I do:
2 – 8oz pkg of cream cheese
1 cup hot sauce
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 can cooked chicken shredded (I like to make fresh chicken and shred it myself, but this comes in handy when I need a quick dip)
After I blend everything together with my mixer, I add a little shredded cheddar to the top and put in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
