I don’t know about you, but trying to figure out meals at our house is exhausting! My husband and I both work full time so the last thing I want to do is figure out what we should cook for dinner.

Campbell’s Skillet Sauces at Giant Eagle are yummy and help make a quick meal to get you and your family fed.
They have a variety of sauces:
Marsala with Mushrooms & Garlic
Scampi with White Wine & Garlic
Fire Roasted Tomatoes with Red Bell Peppers & Chiles
Creamy Chipotle with Roasted Corn & Black Beans
Toasted Sesame with Garlic & Ginger
Thai Green Curry with Lemongrass & Basil
I was asked to try a few of these and share with all of you. I have to say that my absolute favorite is the Creamy Chipotle with Roasted Corn & Black Beans. I have a wheat allergy and I was able to eat quite a few of these.
It was so easy to prepare even I could do it LOL.
We used boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut them up and cooked them in a skillet. Then we added the Creamy Chipotle Sauce and viola! Dinner is Served! We made a side of rice to go with it, and a side salad. I am not a big fan of cooking, but this was easy and I LOVE EASY!!
